For a period in my career, I worked in a blended role covering both QA and Business Analyst responsibilities. It taught me to look beyond the test case: understand the intent behind a requirement, map user journeys, use wireframes to align ideas early, and turn business needs into testable acceptance criteria. That perspective still shapes how I design automation and collaborate with product teams today.
I design end-to-end, smoke, and regression coverage around real release risk.
